At Poppy Eyewear, we stand by the quality of our sunglasses and spectacles. Every purchase comes with a one-year warranty, effective from the date of your purchase.

What's Covered Under Warranty?

In an ideal world, we'd say EVERYTHING, but our one-year warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects.

What Isn't Covered?

Unfortunately, our warranty doesn't cover damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, negligence, tampering, or loss of components. Scratches on the lenses and corrosion due to personal characteristics/usage are also not included.

Received a Defective Product?

No stress! If you spot a flaw, reach out to our customer support team immediately. We'll organize a reverse pickup to sort things out for you.

How to Claim Your Warranty?

Just give our customer support team a shout, and we'll arrange a reverse pickup for you. To claim your warranty, you'll need either the original invoice or the Poppy Eyewear warranty card signed and stamped by the seller.

Post-Warranty Assistance?

Even after your warranty expires, our love for you continues. Contact our customer support team, share the details, and we'll let you know the fixable cost.

Can I Extend My Warranty?

Absolutely! For online orders, you can purchase an additional 6-month warranty during the checkout process.
